Constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel, additional features include a low water signal, alarms if the sterilization cycle is interrupted, and a heat-insulating locking door that cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure. Provides sterilization times up to 59 minutes. AP7382 features a 9" diameter chamber and three stainless steel trays. AP7383 has a 10" diameter chamber and four stainless steel trays.
