Meker burners are high temperature burners required where an extremely hot flame is needed. They can be used with artificial gas, bottled liquid propane or natural gas.
Meker burners deliver exceptionally high flame temperatures with a uniform short, blue flame pattern and stable performance. The Meker cap design creates many small, evenly distributed heat cones while eliminating back-flashing. These burners are ideal for applications requiring intense heat output in laboratory settings. They accept standard 3/8" inside-diameter burner tubing (Catalog No. AP8286) and provide reliable operation for a wide range of heating tasks. Maximum flame temperature reaches 1775 °C, making them suitable for high-demand laboratory procedures requiring precision and strong thermal intensity.
