The Clear-Vu™ Rain Gauge is a precision instrument designed to deliver accurate, reliable precipitation measurements for Earth science and meteorology classrooms. The heavy-duty plastic cylinder features a 2"-diameter opening and collects up to 5" of rainfall, with readability accurate to one-hundredth of an inch. A one-piece rustproof mounting bracket ensures secure and easy installation in schoolyards or outdoor learning spaces. To support long-term data tracking, the rain gauge includes record sheets for daily precipitation logging over a five-year period. Instructions are included for quick setup and use.
