The SkyProdigy™ telescope combines electronic motors, an intelligent on-board computer, a digital camera and StarSense™ technology for an automatic, instant-alignment telescope. Simply turn it on, push a button and enjoy the view. In just minutes, the telescope is ready for you to select from thousands of objects to view.

The Sky Tour offers a list of the best objects to view in the sky, customized to your exact time and location! The integrated imaging camera automatically captures an image of the sky, processes it internally to identify the stars in the image then determines the coordinates at the center of the image. Repeated twice more, the system gets three known alignment points to make an accurate model of the night sky. The user then can select any celestial object in the database, and the telescope automatically moves into the correct position.
