Teacher and Student Responsibilities in Safety

Before the school year starts, the science department should review teacher and student responsibilities for laboratory safety. Having a clear and consistent department policy on laboratory safety will improve the safety of the science department and greatly reduce the liability of all science staff should an accident occur.
