Individual tubes made of thin-walled polypropylene and designed to fit precisely into the EdvoCycler. 0.2-mL PCR tubes allow for optimal heat transfer to the sample. Extremely tight-sealing caps allow for low-volume reactions. All PCR tubes are process-sampled and tested to be negative for DNase, RNase and human DNA.
